A mission-driven staffing agency, built to serve two communities at once.
We help businesses get reliable remote support, and we help Catholic vocational students in the Philippines complete the training they need for their careers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help Catholics in developing countries find work that provides them a living local wage as well as have the ability to live and work from home near their families.
We work with vocational schools in the Philippines to help their students complete their training. Each student is required to finish a 30-hour unpaid internship with a business owner or executive to earn their certificate. We connect those students with businesses in the US who could use an extra pair of capable hands — no cost, and no obligation to hire.
You don't have to be Catholic to work with us. Our clients come from every background and belief. Our mission is about who we serve on the talent side, not a requirement for who we serve on the client side.
The values behind every match we make
Dignified work, close to family
Every internship we place gives someone the chance to earn a living local wage without leaving the people they love.
No obligation, ever
Clients help interns finish required training hours with zero pressure to hire. If it's a fit, wonderful. If not, that's okay too.
Built on trust
We match, support, and check in weekly so both sides of every relationship feel confident and cared for.
I am truly blessed to be part of Good Shepherd Staffing. It is a privilege to contribute to a mission that not only serves businesses with excellence but also creates meaningful opportunities for Virtual Assistants. Helping talented VAs find fulfilling roles where they can grow and thrive is deeply rewarding, and I am grateful to play a part in this life-giving work.
